Manipulating Objects

You can easily cut, copy, paste, move, and resize PowerPoint objects.

To cut a selected object, click the Cut button on the Standard toolbar or press Ctrl+X. To cut more than one object, hold down the Shift key while selecting objects or drag a rectangular shape around all the objects with the mouse.

Note

Click the Undo button to undo cutting an object.

To copy a selected object, click the Copy button or press Ctrl+C.
