In this case, the Product Engineering (PE) group at SmallTime is creating a SharePoint Portal to share information with a broad audience of engineers, as well as to provide these users with a certain amount of data search capabilities. A legacy portal is in place today, but has proven difficult to use and even more difficult to update and maintain.
