Collaborating at SmallTime
How an organization might implement SharePoint Portal Server to not only enhance document management, but allow real-time collaboration, is discussed here. SmallTime's Marketing organization could really benefit from a collaboration process or system—new folks have recently been added to the Marketing team, and are amazed that anything actually gets done in their group. There are marketing programs and support requirements for some 50 different product lines, and reinventing the wheel seems to be business as usual.
