Solaris Management Commands
The Solaris 9 Operating Environment (OE) provides a number of tools for managing services and other utilities. You can use these tools to manage jobs, log files, hard disks, performance, users, groups, printers, and projects, and to retrieve system information. In the Solaris OE, some of the management tools are grouped under umbrella applications, such as the Solaris Management Console (SMC) or the Print Manager. The following list describes the Solaris management tools grouped under SMC, Print Manager, or existing as standalone applications in the OE.
