Collaborating During the Tracking Process
After a project gets under way, the project manager tracks the actual progress of the tasks (see Chapter 14, “Tracking Work on a Project”).
The project manager can use Microsoft Project Server to request a project progress update, and team members can track their actual and remaining work in the Timesheet view on their task pages in Microsoft Project Web Access.

You can use three different tracking modes in Project Web Access:
Percentage of work complete
Total and remaining work
Specific hours per day or week
