When I launch Outlook, Business Contact Manager doesn't load. There is no Business Tools menu on the menu bar, and I don't see it in Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, COM add-ins. How can I fix that?
Business Contact Manager will occasionally fail to load properly, particularly if Outlook crashes for any other reason. When that happens, take the following steps:
1. | Close Microsoft Outlook. |
2. | Display the Task Manager using Ctrl+Alt+Del and make sure that the Outlook.exe process has terminated. If the process is still running, terminate it and reboot your computer. |
3. | Restart Outlook. |
