Check to see whether the wrong paper tray is selected. Choose File, Page Setup and choose the Paper Source tab. Choose the Default Tray (Automatic/Normal) option for both the First Page and Other Pages.
What to Do If Word Fails to Print Your Document
First, make sure that no problem exists with your printer setup in Windows by using the Windows Print Troubleshooter. Click the Start button and choose Help. Click the Index tab and then search for Print Troubleshooter. Click Display and then follow the instructions in the Windows Print Troubleshooter.
