TAKING INITIATIVE

Those who initiate action can be counted on to follow through on commitments, they are always willing to go above and beyond what needs to be done, and they are energized and excited to take on challenging goals to which they are held personally accountable.

Those who are not as effective at initiating action tend to follow through on some commitments but not others.
