We have two different methods of determining a leader’s speed.
Multi-Source or 360-Degree Feedback Assessments
360-degree assessments provide input from managers, peers, direct reports, and others. Our Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment has 49 leadership items that have been found to accurately predict a leader’s effectiveness. Within those 49 items we have identified 3 items that can accurately gauge a leader’s speed. These items measure both a leader’s pace and the quality of the leader’s work.
