Be Nimble, Assemble the Right Team, and Get Buy-In for the SPIKE Method

Jack had it right: get over that flame as fast as possible so you don't get burned or, in the case of a SPIKE, get skewered. Interestingly, the significance of jumping over a candlestick (rather than landing on top of it and therefore extinguishing it) was good luck for the jumper.
