Follow these steps to add a web page activity chart and link it to a form:

1. Log in to your Splunk server.
2. Select the default Operational Intelligence application.
3. Select the Dashboards menu item, as shown in the following screenshot:
   
4. Select the Visitor Monitoring dashboard.
5. Click on the Edit button:
