Lots of e-Commerce systems allow users to post their feedback on certain products, businesses or services for marketing and production purposes. Nowadays, many blogs and sites offer a feedback system in order to give insights to the business owners and their marketing teams on how to improve their business, products and/or overall customer experience.
Some feedback management services like www.surveymonkey.com offer survey forms to clients, not only to get feedback but also suggestions and recommendations.
