Technical requirements
The project will start with the configuration and setup of the base Spring MVC 4.x platform. Refer to Chapter 1, Creating a Personal Web Portal (PWP) for all the processes. Then, the following libraries are required in the project for the implementation of a forum-based or survey-based feedback system.
