It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Process and navigation management
OCS is an e-commerce application and, just like any cart or purchasing system, it is really strict on workflow management. Although a simple one, our OCS prototype follows a process starting from the catalog view up to receipt issuance.
