Collaborative data analysis concept
The STMS simply aims to provide a survey, in order to find out the everyday motivation and mood of a sample population of employees from two companies, namely company A and company B. Each company will have its own STMS, with similar features presented in the preceding wireframe requirement. Each company will have to gather the tasks, deliverables, work issues, and accomplishments of their employees through the social software and later analyze and derive reports summarizing certain factors that affect the workplace.
