Changing the Way We Manage Projects

If stakeholder management matters, it must impact upon the way we structure, plan, and deliver our projects.

This challenge was set at the very start of the book; but what does it mean, and how do we recognize the changes in practices required?

In this chapter, we revisit the concept of the stakeholder-neutral to stakeholder-led project continuum. Using three increasingly complex cases, we explore further how the identification and analysis of the stakeholder environment impact the project processes and management styles adopted.
