The masterclass

This is it, time to roll up your sleeves and do some work. As I said in Chapter 1, this book is not just a read but an actual course in human skills. I am using the analogy of an exercise masterclass because human skills are physical and just like muscles in our body they need constant working out to keep them firm and fit.

This masterclass runs over five weeks to focus on one of the five key skills each week. There are 25 days with five exercises each day helping you to build positive habits, develop confidence and develop the critical human skills that will make you stand out.
