Principle Two: Escape from Fixed Purposes
As we saw in Chapter 2, habitual mindsets cause us to miss incredibly valuable resources. It’s as if those resources are hiding in the background. We could see them, but often they stay at a level of unconsciousness. That said, there are ways to look at a business that will reveal a cornucopia of resources that could be turned into innovation, distinctiveness and productivity.
