Related literature
There are also other approaches to the analysis of fuzzy data, especially to statistical inference based on fuzzy data. Some are more theoretical oriented, others are centered on special statistical methods like regression analysis, time series analysis, quality control, reliability, and decision analysis. Related books and research papers are given in this Appendix.
The statistical analysis of fuzzy data is an active field of research. Therefore the literature given here cannot be complete. However, based on the references given in the text and the following list of related literature it should be possible for the reader to become acquainted with mathematical methods for the description of fuzzy data and statistical methods for the analysis of fuzzy data.
