Accuracy Accuracy is a measurement concept involving the correctness of the average reading. It is the extent to which the average of the measurements taken agrees with a true value.
Analyze Analyze is the third step in the DMAIC problem-solving method. The measurements and data must be analyzed to ensure that they are consistent with the problem definition and to identify a root cause. A problem solution is then identified. Sometimes, based on the analysis, it is necessary to go back, restate the problem definition, and start the process over.
