Positivity intolerance is a general phenomenon in many Nordic cultures, but in the toughest management teams it has developed into so called yummy-yummy allergy. Even a minuscule portion of praise or positivity causes pimples to an allergic person. The starting point for this disease is a morbid pursuit of realism. In the background there is often an underlying tendency towards perfectionism and being straightforward, which are called honesty by the patient.
