I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Sometimes, whether we want to leave the comfort zone or not we are forced out. Something happens that demands our attention and changes our view of where we are and what is happening. In many ways, step-2 is where the leadership development journey really begins. While we are cocooned in the comfort zone, nothing much is changing at all. We are attached to the status quo. Even if we get glimpses of something else, a hint of some future destiny or something better, we tend to nullify or smother it with rationality and reminders not to rock the boat.
