The Leadership Question

The search for authentic reform, as well as the answer to the question why we have such difficulty implementing what we know, begins when we question our current notions about leadership. Though there is great appeal to the concept of leadership, it will not take us the distance we need to travel. It is not easy to question something we have been searching for most of our lives, but it is the right starting point.
