A few years ago, we built and moved into our dream home. We had spent years planning and designing every aspect and detail of the house. Throughout the long but worthwhile process, we discovered that leadership corresponds to the phases of home building. Constructing a house occurs in three major stages: foundation, framing, and finish out.
