The date is quickly approaching: your important meeting or presentation is imminent!

This is a great point to reflect back on the various steps we've taken to get here. It all started with the planning: understanding your audience, carefully crafting your message, compiling the pieces, and then weaving it all together into a story. You created your content: first setting the style and structure of your presentation, and then filling in the specifics—thoughtfully designing slides with words, graphs, and images. As part of your preparations to deliver, you refined your content and spoken words through practice, built your confidence, and learned the art of the introduction.

We have invested a great deal of energy readying you for this. And now, you are ready. I have a few final tips to share: strategies to use in the days leading up to your session and in the moments before, during, and after. But more than anything, I encourage you to be fully present and enjoy yourself. You've put in a tremendous amount of effort. Now is when all of that hard work pays off.

It is time to engage people and inspire the action that you seek.
