The Facilitating With Story Process
The previous chapters focused on the “whys” and “hows” of facilitating with story, but when you are staring at a calendar packed with upcoming facilitation engagements, it is perhaps more helpful to focus primarily on the “hows.” This chapter serves as both a recap and a tool to use as you prepare to use stories to facilitate your next learning experience.
All the topics we have discussed so far are dependent on one another, and together they make the facilitating with story process (Figure 12-1).
