Overcoming Our National Hangover
In the case of Canada and Canadian business leaders, we have some serious sobering up to do. We have allowed ourselves to ride along all too comfortably in the wake of the American powerboat, playing the pleasant and obedient sidekick to their more forceful and domineering commercial personality. We have passively allowed our American cousins to determine the rules of the business game and to decide what general direction we should all be going in when it comes to our business methods and leadership practices.
