Now our model is complete.
Let’s use the results to answer our questions. First, we want
to know whether the symptoms that were recorded have any particular
linkage or association to the life-threatening condition. The answer
is obviously yes. But when we look at Figure 4.17 Type3 Analysis Effects, we see quite
a number of the text topics that are statistically significant and
therefore were retained in the model with less than or equal to a
p-value of 0.03. We could rank them according to their chi-square
value, and that would tell us which of the topics were statistically
more significant than the others. However, it would not tell us
