The matrix shown in Figure 2.2 Call Center Note Example of Parsed Words identifies
the role that each word plays in the sentence structure. The processing
engine decides whether it should keep or drop the word for analytics.
Nouns, verbs, and noun groups will be orthogonal vectors that make
up the matrix of words in that document and can be in many documents
in the same fashion. Transforming the unstructured data into a structure
that has the key phrase meanings can then be used in analytical models
such as clustering, regressions, or artificial neural networks.
