Work Team Survey

 

This appendix contains two assessments: 1) an intact workgroup survey to develop a work team as outlined in Chapter 4 and 2) a survey used to help a merger succeed. The second survey will show how to integrate different surveys based on your scenario.

In addition, when I give the 12 questions during a workgroup, I use weighted scoring. I explain how and what is meant by weighted scoring. Weighted scoring is one of three options I present to score surveys while giving the benefits and drawbacks of each.
