Behavioral Science and the Brain

The above statements directly or indirectly refer to emotionality at work and are, ironically, laden with emotion. Each statement was said to me during my experience inside of organizations. They are attempts to deny that emotion exists or is important in the workplace. While those statements were being made, neuroscientists have been in an intense period of learning about the brain and emotionality. We live in an exciting time for understanding the brain.
