KRID stands for Knowledge Retrieval Implication Derivation. KRID was developed by Dr. Ronald Lippitt and Dr. Charles Jung at University of Michigan. Most workplaces use best practices from other workgroups or organizations. Sometimes sharing a best practice has the unintended consequences of creating employees who, instead of learning and adapting a new process, resist the new ideas entirely. This appendix will help you effectively share knowledge and best practices in various settings.
