SATA is a major part of my first book and a critical model to help organizations align their workplace to successfully complete projects and implement other major changes. What follows is how to apply the theory during a work session. To understand SATA deeper, read SOA. If you think it’s easy, please pause and consider that you may be misreading it. Many organizations use SATA language, yet many, if not most, misuse the concepts and therefore miss its full benefits and powerful clarity.
