7.1 INTRODUCTION
A principle is a result-oriented universal truth. “Result oriented” means that the result or the consequence of complying with or defying the principle will follow naturally and is unavoidable. For example, if you throw a rock up, it will come back down. The consequence is natural and unavoidable. “Universal truth” means that the principle will always hold true, even if we try to ignore it. For example, ignoring the falling rock simply means you may get hit on the head. Ignoring it doesn’t change the universal truth associated with the principle.
