15.1 INTRODUCTION

Governance is the process set in place to guide decision making at all levels throughout the organization. Although this book has discussed many different tools and practices that are used to implement effective strategic governance, this chapter focuses more on how to execute “good governance,” that is, how to guide decision making without causing harm.
