Dr. Ananda Das Gupta has been engaged in teaching and research for more than twenty-five years at different universities and institutes across India. He is currently Head of the Human Resource Development and Chairperson of the Fellow (Doctoral) Programme at the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore, a National Autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. He has also been the Mentor Faculty at Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur.
