BEHIND AND AROUND THE EMBEDMENT VISION

What happens behind and around the process of crafting a vision for innovation embedment is as important as the vision itself. The top leadership team behind embedment has to create the vision; human resources or communications cannot do it for them. It is not about writing a cute statement or propaganda documents. The leaders must own the innovation embedment vision in the same way they own the vision for the enterprise. They must be personally committed to the vision before they can ask others to do the same.
