Results goals are the tangible outcome that you want from embedment. In most projects and initiatives, results goals are relatively easy to articulate. They coincide with the vision by answering the question: If we are successful at the end, what will we have? The amount of revenue generated, the number of patents secured, and the numbers of new products created are all examples of reasonable results goals from innovation.
