THE CASE OF YOKOMORI MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Yokomori is one of the principal manufacturers of stairways for high-rise commercial and office buildings in Japan. It was established in 1951 and has over 400 employees in seven plants in Japan and joint ventures in Shanghai and the United States. It built the stairways in the Tokyo Sky Tree tower, which is today’s tallest building in Japan.
