Management of change

This chapter targets the behavioural issues in implementation, and aims to provide an introduction to change management and one view of change leadership. It gives practical guidance on applying the approach to change management discussed. It is not an objective of the chapter to provide a summary of every viable approach to change management and leadership.

In the previous chapter we looked at some of the behavioural issues in implementing plans, but concentrated mainly on the systems rather than the people.
