“Great! I really appreciated our last talk because it has helped me to think systemically when I run into problems.
“I was actually hoping that all this knowledge would forever make my life easier, but now I get it that it really just gives me clear ways to help our workplace function better. Yet, what I have found is that when I go into the tension, I come out at a better place. Prior to getting my role in over-functioning, for instance, I just blamed others, got upset, yet the problems of work not getting done seemed to remain more often than I wished.
A few weeks ago, however, I had an interaction that seemed different.”
