In this chapter, we will consider the tactical aspects of translating your strategy into concrete actions to move your company forward. At this point, you have articulated a vision and mission, examined your external environment for opportunities and threats, analyzed your internal activities for strengths and weaknesses, and clarified your strategy. You should have a good idea of what you need to do to move your strategy forward.
