Introduction

This case study describes a project that was completed for a large pharmaceutical company. The organization chose not to follow the traditional one-size-fits-all process (i.e., expecting every unit of the organization to create staffing plans at the same time, at the same level of detail, with the same planning horizons, using the same templates).
