In Part II, we described the completed requirements model in detail, and it is necessary that you have read and understood that description before proceeding with the finer details of building the model. In Part III, we address the needs of those whose job it will be to define system requirements using the requirements model. In order to understand the role of the model, we must identify who will build it and who will use it.
