1. Don Betz is the president of the University of Central Oklahoma, a public regional institution serving the Oklahoma City metro area. During his 45-year career in higher education, he has served as the president of Northeastern State University (Oklahoma) and Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin River Falls as well as provost at two universities.
