6 The Clients
This chapter shares four case studies of clients of The CFO Centre already using the access economy to give their businesses the C-suite skills they need. The clients cover a range of sectors, sizes (from SMEs to large multi-nationals), and geographies. They highlight the diversity of needs the model can meet and the benefits and outcomes it can deliver. These real-world illustrations show how the model operates with smaller organisations through predominantly working with an individual C-suite professional from a C-suite firm to a team approach which offers flexible and agile solutions for more complex and larger organisations.
