Bring Your Personality to the Table
If you were asked “what do you bring to the table in business?” no doubt you would list a plethora of skills, insight, knowledge, and certainly some relevant experience. But chances are your “personality” would not rate very high on your list. That is so wrong. Your personality can dictate your business success, or failure.
A “business personality” is how others see and react to you based on how you see and react to others. It is reciprocal and highly impactful. An effective business personality is a sign of your business and professional maturity. It is power; your weapon to wield in every aspect of your business life.
