When you decided to become a business owner, and if you are anything like me, you were drawn to it because of the strengths you had in your chosen area or industry. Even if this was initially only a passion or huge interest in it.

Later on, I discovered the importance of acknowledging my weaknesses and finding a way to use them to my advantage, so that I could reach my full potential.
