So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Items That Should Be Visible in Your Workspace
Now that we’ve considered both the space and furniture of a good Scrum workspace, this section contains a checklist of things that should be visible within the ideal agile workspace.
• Big, Visible Charts. A good Scrum team will fill its workspace with a variety of big, visible charts. One of the most common is the sprint burn-down chart, showing the number of hours remaining as of each day of the current sprint. Charts like these provide a strong visual reminder of the current state of the project. What is shown on these charts will get the attention of team members, so consider varying the information to showcase what is most important for that sprint.
