Now that we’ve considered both the space and furniture of a good Scrum workspace, this section contains a checklist of things that should be visible within the ideal agile workspace.
• Big, Visible Charts. A good Scrum team will fill its workspace with a variety of big, visible charts. One of the most common is the sprint burn-down chart, showing the number of hours remaining as of each day of the current sprint. Charts like these provide a strong visual reminder of the current state of the project.
