Assessing JBoss: Training
All five of the training types possible for open source products are available for JBoss. This is one of the real strengths of the product. The wide availability of training indicates a large user community. In particular, the ready availability of commercial training options, both from the product creators as well as other commercial entities, is a strong positive maturity indicator for JBoss. Please refer to Table 8.2 for the JBoss point assignments based on the following discussion. The checklist used to assess JBoss training options is presented in Table 8.3 on page 180.
